Over Head Walking Lunge

Walking lunges require strength and balance.  When adding an overhead reach and/or weight, the core (transverse abdominas, multifidi, deep spinal stabilizers,etc) should fully engage to assist in controlling the torso through the movement.  Over head walking lunges require coordination, strength, and balance from your entire body, which is why they are one of the best strength exercises you can do to improve your running efficiency and performance.
