1-Arm Bent Over DB Row

The 1-arm bent over d.b. row strengthens the back and torso stabilizing muscles.  Pulling the arm back into extension during running is key and can either assist or hinder the rest of your running mechanics depending upon your range of motion as well as many other factors.  For example, when the left leg is at it's furthest point forward ( hip flexion), the left arm should be at it's furthest point backward's (into extension of the glenohumeral/shoulder joint).
